Every seller's account sits in one of these three tiers at any moment. The tier determines what listings can publish, how payouts settle, and which desk surfaces route requests to them.

Every seller clears a short, plain identity check before their first payout. No unicorn proofs, no surprise document reuse — the desk walks the document through three checks that are already standard for fintech onboarding.
- Step 01
Document capture
From the sell desk the seller snaps a government ID. The desk reads the front + back, runs an MRZ check, and stores the document encrypted at the row level.
- Step 02
Liveness match
A short face-match round trips the camera against the document. The check is anti-spoof — replay and printed-photo attacks are rejected at the SDK, not at the desk.
- Step 03
Admin sign-off
A desk reviewer signs the identity off against the verified calendar and the prior-listings record. The seller moves from Bronze to Silver the same afternoon — payouts settle the next week.

The sell desk renders four states — Verified, Pending, Failed, and Not set up. The border colour changes, the headline stays consistent, and you always know exactly whether the money has settled or what the desk is waiting on.

Payouts go straight to the bank account on file. We settle weekly and you can see every transfer in /dashboard/sell.
Pending — Stripe Connect
Your Elite application is in review. We'll move you to Verified as soon as the desk signs off — no action on your side.
Failed — Stripe Connect
Your Elite application was declined. Reach out to the concierge desk to revisit the application, or re-apply with updated context.
Not set up — Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect payouts become available once you're on Elite. For now, sales settle into escrow and the desk routes the payout.
Every settled sale produces one buyer review — and every seller profile carries the average.
Reviews are written by the buyer who bought the ticket, after the seat transfers — never by the seller, never from the desk. The aggregate average star rating surfaces in two places: the seller card on every public listings grid, and the header of every /sellers/[handle] profile.
