Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TicketNexus. By creating an account, browsing listings, or engaging the concierge desk you agree to the terms below; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Effective:

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TicketNexus you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must stop using the service and may close any account you hold at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the version in force. Material changes are announced by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, except where the change is in your favour or required by law on a shorter timeline.

Service description

TicketNexus operates two tiers. The Standard tier is a self-serve marketplace: anyone can sign up publicly, list or buy event tickets, and complete a flat per-ticket service fee at checkout. The Standard tier is designed for transactions that fit the published fee band envelope and do not require composition by a human desk.

The Elite tier is an invitation-only members service. Members work with a single named desk that composes tickets, private aviation, hotels, hospitality and dining into one signed arrangement and holds every credential from confirmation to wheels-up. Elite membership is annual, pricing is set by the founding committee and bookable on application; membership terms are governed by a separate signed membership agreement you approve at onboarding.

Fees

Standard-tier buyers pay a flat per-ticket service fee on top of the listing price. The fee sits inside the public band envelope published in our pricing reference (currently $5–$15 per ticket, with a $10 default at the band midpoint) and the exact cents appear in your cart before you commit. There are no surprise fees added at checkout.

Elite annual membership is set inside the published membership envelope (currently $10,000–$15,000 per year, with $12,500 as the band midpoint) and is collected on a single annual invoice. Elite journeys that attract third-party costs (charter, hotel, hospitality, secure transfers) are quoted separately through the desk and confirmed by signed change order before they begin. Final cents always come from the live build or the signed quote — never this page.

Refunds

For the Standard tier, buyers who experience a problem with a ticket they purchased through the marketplace open a dispute through the marketplace support queue. Our disputes team reviews every case within two business days and resolves verified disputes with a full refund to the original payment method, returning both the listing price and the service fee. Sellers found to have misrepresented a listing bear the cost of the refund and may lose their seller account on a pattern of verified disputes.

For the Elite tier, refunds for the annual membership itself are governed by the separate signed membership agreement you approve at onboarding. Refunds for individual items in a composed journey (a cancelled show, a missed transfer, a hotel that dropped a booking) follow the same two-business-day review path as Standard disputes, with refunds sized to the failed item rather than the full arrangement. Membership-fee terms are intentionally not stated on this page — refer to your signed membership agreement for the precise cancellation and pro-rata rules that apply.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate any account — Standard or Elite — that engages in fraud, wash trading, repeated misrepresentation, breach of these terms, behaviour that threatens the safety of other users or our team, or non-payment of an Elite invoice. We will normally give you written notice and an opportunity to respond before suspension, unless the conduct threatens immediate harm or is unlawful, in which case we act first and explain after.

You may close your Standard account at any time from settings; we will retain the records required by law (transaction history, dispute records, tax-relevant invoices) for the period required by the jurisdiction in which you transact, after which they are deleted from active systems. Closing an account does not erase obligations you already owe or rights we already granted to a counterparty in a signed arrangement.

Limitation of liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TicketNexus aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service — including any failure to deliver a ticket or a journey component — is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap is a reasonable risk allocation given the per-ticket fee structure of the Standard tier and is necessary to keep the service affordable for the majority of users.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that the relevant statute says cannot be waived. Where any provision of these terms is held unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder of the terms continue in full force and effect.
